Matilda - The Musical in Richmond

Matilda - The Musical brings Roald Dahl's beloved story of a remarkable young reader to the stage, following Matilda Wormwood as she discovers her courage and extraordinary abilities. With music and lyrics by Tim Minchin and a book by Dennis Kelly, the musical was developed by the Royal Shakespeare Company and has earned 7 Olivier Awards and 5 Tony Awards.

The production's UK/International Tour features memorable songs including “Naughty,” “When I Grow Up,” and “Revolting Children.” Its energetic ensemble numbers, inventive staging, and playful storytelling help bring the story's schoolyard world to life. The show is recommended for ages 6 and up and is designed to appeal to families as well as musical theatre fans.
